A laboratory network in one operating platform

Keep the laboratory responsible for the work visible alongside assignments, equipment and due commitments.
Follow the customer across authorized sites while preserving the relationships that determine access.
Maintain the method, reference and capability context that applies to the calibration being performed.
A company with several laboratories needs both a useful local working view and a clear corporate picture. Standard represents the company, its lab locations and optional regional groupings. People can be placed at a lab, a region or the company level according to their responsibility.
The working view opens from that placement. Staff can focus on their own location, a manager can inspect a region and corporate users can move to the company picture. A one-lab business can operate with a flat structure; the location switcher appears when the organization has a structure worth switching between.
Operational views apply the selected lab or region to the records that support that scope. Shared equipment and customer identities remain connected, while the view emphasizes the location responsible for the work. Customer sites can identify the lab that services them, helping new work begin in the appropriate context.
Company rollups return the total alongside the regional and laboratory parts. Open work orders, equipment, quotations, leads and opportunities can be inspected according to their defined measures. A manager can move from a part of the rollup into the corresponding local view to understand the underlying work.
Lab locations also hold practical operating information, including their contact details and configured hours. The phone directory can follow the selected lab or region, giving staff a useful way to find the right location's number.
An operational view and access permission have separate jobs. The lab selector helps a person focus; application roles and customer/account boundaries determine what they may read or do. Multiple labs within one company do not automatically combine independent companies or share standalone customer inventories.
A company total is useful when a manager can understand how each location contributes. Regional and lab parts remain identifiable in the rollup, and their local view supplies the operational context behind the number.
The same equipment and customer records connect the business. Staff can examine the appropriate location without recreating a parallel set of customers or losing the identity of the work.
