Investing in the World of MetraSlate
One Operating System. An Edition per Industry.
MetraSlate builds Standard, a vertical operating system: one platform, one record spine, running a whole business end to end, from lead generation through delivery and accounts receivable, industry-agnostic at the core. We built the platform and the software business runs on it: the console that provisions a customer, grants their modules, carries their entitlements and bills them is Standard, operated by the company that wrote it.
The problem we work on
Calibration Labs Run on a Patchwork.
Separate systems that never agree, and people re-typing numbers between them. The work a lab is paid for lives in none of them.
Standard is one engine from estimate to signed certificate to invoice, on one record spine, with sealed records anyone you hand them to can verify.
Exact-decimal values throughout, uncertainty and guardbanding computed at transaction time and checked against published golden vectors. Calibrations freeze immutable; certificates seal, sign and verify publicly.
Fail-closed row-level security in the database kernel on every tenant table, tenant scope stamped per transaction under a role that cannot override it. An unscoped connection returns exactly zero rows.
It renders the technician's screen, drives the evaluator and projects the certificate, so the same form drives the job and becomes the record of it.
Measured, not promised
What is Built, Measured.
Taken from the engineering record, measured the way the application actually reads.

The flywheel
Four Doors into One Company.
A business comes in wherever it needs help first, and the platform carries it the rest of the way around.
A reduced edition of Standard for businesses that own instruments rather than calibrate them. It tracks what is due and pairs each item with a provider on real metrics, right from the coming-due report.
The network and bid platform where the job finds the lab that can meet it. Labs join on a free tier and take work before they are ready to migrate their whole business.
The full operating system: the calibration itself, the measurement, the certificate, and the whole business around it, from lead to invoice.
The industry's own room, with premium industry-specific marketing in front of the exact people who buy these services, and a marketplace where the trade buys and sells.
The wedge, and the expansion behind it
Land in Calibration. Expand by Edition.
The same platform spans from asset management and metrology all the way to solar sales and emergency services dispatching.
Standard itself is agnostic: a shared core of assets, customers, work orders, records and billing that can be shaped to serve any industry. Calibration is the wedge we land with, because it is the industry we come from, its records are the hardest to get right, and its buyers cannot tolerate software that guesses.
Once the Metrology Edition holds, the same operating system expands horizontally, one industry at a time, each edition adopting the specifics of its trade on the same spine. The proof carries: a system that satisfies a metrology audit carries any industry's work.
How it earns
Three Kinds of Revenue, Across All Four Doors.
Every door earns through one of three mechanisms, and none of them depends on selling anybody's time by the hour.
Standard and Asset, both licensed: enterprise pricing for multi-site networks, monthly software for independent businesses with self-service provisioning. Discounts for labs that join Metrologistics; free for labs exclusive to it. Bringing a lab across can include a consultation on the program being moved, which is onboarding rather than a business of its own.
Metrologistics: low-cost tiers for labs that join and run Standard, with rental-standards listings still to come. MetraSocial: premium industry-specific marketing packages, sold today, and the personality sold on its own to companies that run none of our software.
Metrologistics and MetraSocial both put a defined industry audience in one place, which is what an advertiser is actually buying. It earns off attention the network already has rather than off anything a customer is charged for.
Where we are
Founded, Running, Seeking Funding.
A working platform with a live demo tenant, a company running its own operations on it every day, and a next milestone of production cloud deployment and first pilot laboratories. Founded, designed and led by a US Navy veteran, from Portsmouth, Virginia.
We are actively beginning the funding journey and would rather have the conversation than the deck. Write to us and we will send what you need to evaluate the company.
