The phone experience is designed around the account the caller needs help with. The RingCentral integration path connects the embedded provider experience to Standard's authorized caller lookup, allowing the representative to identify the customer and inspect the relevant equipment, quotation or work while speaking.
The provider connection supplies calling. Standard's embedded boundary supports incoming and outgoing session events, dialing and the applicable answer, hold, resume, transfer and hangup controls. Provider registration, account authorization and the deployed media environment establish the actual calling setup.
The workspace keeps call control and service responsibility together. Staff can work from the customer-service conversation queue, use the lab directory, inspect previous calls and record the result of an ended conversation. A customer can receive a short feedback request through the configured survey channel and respond through the portal.
Call history retains observed timing and account context. Reports can show completed calls, answer timing, accumulated hold, representative dispositions, first-contact review coverage and submitted customer feedback. Organization, region, lab/site and representative views help management understand where service needs attention.
Each measure keeps its meaning. First-contact resolution is based on an explicit representative outcome and first-contact answer; customer-confirmed resolution comes from submitted surveys. Missing eligible data stays unknown. Client-observed events may omit calls made outside the connected workspace or while the connection was unavailable.
Configure the RingCentral connection, authorize the organization’s account and bring calling into the customer workspace. The laboratory keeps its account, equipment and work records alongside the conversation.
